It all looks good if we could get something to move the needle. Gov't contract, regional partnership, overall company partnership, BTD, AA, etc. Otherwise, we will have to continue to dilute at lower pps. Although, that may not be the end of the world, it does keep us from raising the type of cash necessary to develop on a broad front.
