Morg38, not sure if this has already abeen addressed. Sonfield and Pierce are now current with OTC Markets, which is entirely unique from the DTCC.

To look up filing and clearing status updates follow this pathway;

2. select; 'Legal & Regulatory' at the top of the screen in grey scale.

3. Select; 'OTC Cleared Securities Updates' (NSCC) select the hyper link to the left and reference the date to make sure its current.

From these filings we can see that the status of the TEMN clearing with the DTCC is un-changed as of these filings.

We will need to see the process with the SEC completed before the NSCC will lift the DWAC/DTC chill. The fluff on the board is really referencing only the CE status with OTC markets, which is encouraging but relatively minor in comparison to getting back in the good graces with the DTCC (NSCC).
