It is common knowledge (and understood) amongst HHSE investors that Eric likes to share all ideas and potential deals with his shareholders. He shares (and is transparent) "to a fault" sometimes. Some shareholders like to know what's going on with the company and others don't want to know anything unless the deal is signed, sealed and delivered. To each his own. It is the reality of the Entertainment business that as deals mature, the terms could get better or worse for the company, and it is Eric's responsibility to cut a deal loose IF it is deemed no longer profitable/beneficial to the company or its shareholders. Investors appreciate this logical and "easy to understand" approach, while others may dwell on the deal being nixed, without understanding or caring about WHY IT WAS NIXED...

The FACT is that Eric has been doing a great job for the company. he has turned it around 180 degrees from the 12 days and has made it stronger than ever, while keeping it profitable for 16 (going on 17) qtrs since it went public...Kudos to this ex-Nasdaq CEO
