TIRANA- All concessions received for the construction of hydropower plants that are not active will be canceled by the state and would be brought back to the tender. "These contracts are just on paper and not have any kind of interest from private investors to develop, they have no interest to stick to him the so-called black market contracts to find potential investors", - said Minister of Energy, According to him, "better let them take state and bring in competition for those who are interested to invest".
