here is the breakout of so-called HEDGE phrases:

>"Announced today"...... Huh?
Yes, so what about huh??

>"it has contracted".... Yeah, and?
yes, contracted. Contracts are signed at some date and time. this was just done. What's the point??

>"compliant encapsulation"..... Fluff city!
just your perception of two words.

"Austrianova was contracted".... Yeah, and?
Austrianova was contracted and will be doing its work under the terms of contract. Pretty clear.

>"Austrianova is considered".... Considered by whom?
Considered by scientists who are involved in the similar studies. This is typical scientific reference widely used in science articles. You can never say just "is", because you have some (minority) of people who may not agree.

>"capable of converting".... Capable? Either it does or it does not!
Exactly capable of. we are not talking about here car manufacturing, where a car either can go 100 mph or can not. This is science and requires this degree of caution. I am scientist, I know what I am talking about.

>"will be implanted"...... This hasn't been done yet? Why not?
Everything takes time. Biolabs at the forefront R&D are not conveyors when by pushing a button 100 cars a day produced. Similar language is used by silicon valley giants when then talk about new factories.

>"will be used"..... When exactly? Why not done yet?
Why are the things to do takes time? why are the kids should go through many grades to be in a college? Everything takes time and sometimes delays occur.

>"planned clinical trials"..... Planned for when??
soon enough to foresee and speak about it. You can not start trials before the cells are produced. Production takes time, given possible delays you can not set the exact date so early.

and so on.. tired of explaining this but you go figure the picture.
