I think all those shares that were bought up weeks ago around .001 must have been the company buying shares because if that was all retail we would have more selling after there 200 % profit and I don't see that. This float is locked up tight. I think the company announced the buybacks in oct so why would they wait till now when you can get under valued shares around 001. I think this float is locked and only the company knows were they want to take it.
