News will come soon, it has to due to TTDZ undergoing a alternate public offering. I thought it was 10 business days after completion of takeover, but I'm guessing it's actually 10 days after paperwork is SUBMITTED to SEC. We don't know when those documents were submitted. Green Cures wouldn't have paid $65,000 for a shell to get delisted for not abiding to the rules.
As we near the end of March, it's getting riskier to sell to try to get in lower. I'm waiting for news. Patience is a virtue, and I don't need the money for another play, I have more than enough powder. 95% penny stock traders don't have patience. That's why they will only make small profits, while the true winners are the ones making 6-7 figures. Those 95% will be just that - penny stock traders. Play the big boards and you will get crushed.
The most successful penny traders I know have come from big boards. Majority of penny traders are mostly just joes that think they can become millionaires overnight.
If we don't hear news tomorrow, I'll call David O on his personal line, i'll call Green Cures, and I'll call Brighstone Mortgage.
If you are wary of this company, re-read the PRs. They ARE NOT forward looking statements. Those PRs say that Green Cures has ESTABLISHED connections and partnerships. They also have tangible products with REGISTERED trademarks.
We will see something soon guys, don't worry. When this takes off, it'll run huge. Look at FI$X now. In January it ran up to the mid 0.025 range, dipped to the 0.015 range and consolidated for the week. People were saying the exact same thing you guys are saying here. Too many flippers, too many this, too much that. Look at the stock now. This isn't your average mining company who's looking "at ways to enter the industry", and then 3 days later PRs that they've launched some pointless website or attended some trade shows in Colorado. This is a REAL MMJ company with REAL products.
he PR says that they COMPLETED the takeover, not "will complete in the near future". The legal opinion letter is real. If this takeover is a scam, we can take legal action because the statements made were not forward looking but CONFIRMATIONS.
The fact that we as shareholders receive a dividend in a money making company as part of the takeover means a lot to me.
Isn't it weird how only the scam stocks seem to run while the legitimate ones seem to stagnate for a bit? I waited weeks when TTDZ first announced they received an offer to buy the shell. I then waited WEEKS for the opinion letter, and I waited A FEW MORE WEEKS for the confirmation. TTDZ isn't a company that pumps PRs every couple days to drive up the PPS.
