Hi BBDA Team,

Everyone here is up front and honest and not hiding anything...here is the simple math:
447,784,000 shares issued for $177K. Equals .000375 PPS

PPS in that quarter was .009-.0012

That was just one "cycle" or one of the "Convertible Notes" we purchased from BBDA. We've selling those shares now (sold 92 Million alone yesterday) at a really nice profit and once we're done we'll be ready with the next cycle (i.e. Conv Note we just bought last week)!
