Application to OTCQX listing to come in the future. Very helpful to a small growing company. Much lower costs than a NASDAQ listing but still shows credibility. (above listing subject to meeting listing requirements)
IMO The company is taking bold disclosure steps to gain credibility and keep stockholders informed. New Seethru Equity report is good for the company. (independent report)
