O-1000 Extended Warranty $29.95
The purchase price of your Odyssey includes an e.Digital Corporation Limited Warranty under which the product is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for six months (180 days) from the date of purchase. This optional Extended Warranty extends the warranty period to twelve months (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Free Repair or Replacement
If the product fails or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, repair or replacement of the unit will be provided free of charge. If replacement is required, e.Digital reserves the right to replace the product with a manufacturer-refurbished unit of the same make and model or its current equivalent if a new unit is not available.
Warning: Changes or modifications to this product not expressly approved by e.Digital Corporation will void the Warranty.
Restrictions
This warranty is valid only in the United States, and only on Odyssey 1000 products purchased through e.Digital’s online store. Extended warranties must be purchased prior to the expiration of the standard 180-day manufacturer’s warranty.
Transferability
This Extended Warranty may be transferred with the product if the product is given away or sold within the United States during the Warranty period. Any Warranty claim must be made by contacting e.Digital and must include reference to the Extended Warranty’s certificate number. Details will be sent with your certificate.
Limitation of Liability
e.Digital is not liable for any damages caused by the product or by the failure of the product to perform, including lost profits, lost data, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
Not Covered
The following are not covered by this Extended Warranty:
Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage from use outside the product’s usage parameters.
Damage from modification or incorporation of other products.
Damage from repair or replacement of warranted parts by parties other than an e.Digital authorized service provider.
Damage to or loss of any programs or data.
Damage resulting from an Act of God.
