Glad you mentioned that! This company has that International twist with the historical relationship with India/Bollywood and Europe that sets it apart from the norm. It will be unique and attract considerable attention. There are more movies made in India then anywhere else in the world. Already Medient has projects lined up to begin with when operable. More will come through the Atlas acquisition. Don't forget the 30% Tax Credit incentive received by locating in Georgia in addition to monetary incentives! They have the people that know how to handle the sale of these credits. Traders that like to trade "in and out" will be involved in trading this stock. (they increase the volume in the stock) We are glad that they are aboard! There are always traders in a stock like this. The problem with that is, unless they really know what they are doing, they may miss a big move altogether. This happens all the time. Considerable clearing and grading of portions of the property is being accomplished.
Soon the "Concrete Trucks will be rolling in to pour foundations for stages and buildings. It will be an exciting trip for all of us. Let's get this Effingham Authority Meeting tonight behind us and get this project on the road to completion. This board is the best that I have ever been associated with.
