We know that Fellner sold 10B @ 0.0001 for his fundraiser. Who ever owns these stocks can't dilute the market all at once. Instead it appears that they trade approximately 20% of the market each day as quickly and as quietly as they can (you can see these on the trade screen though).
Assuming that the average volume is 1B per day (conservatively low) at 20% dilution, approximately 200M "dilution shares are distributed daily. I am not sure who is absorbing these shares but I don't think it is just day traders.
Now, relating back to the 10B dilution shares... At a rate of ~200M per day... The dilution should take 50 trading days.
Based on volume, it appears the dilution started on 2/10/14 or ~30 trading days ago. Which leads me to believe that we have about ~20 trading days or one month left before all the dilution shares are distributed.
This coincidentally lines up with when Fellner said he would have a new acquisition (beginning of April-May). I am imagining that we will see a chart pretty similar to PMCM when this happens.
I highly doubt that this thing moves for another few weeks, but we should have an exciting April!
