Shades are rose-colored glasses, I'm afraid. Positivity or negativity only counts in a self-help book, not when concrete biz plans or numbers are crucial. Numbers needed......any assets left from the crooks? Yes or no answer. Cash on hand? Yes or no. Did Lance et al have their hands in the till? We know that answer. Lawyers, accountants really on board? If so, list their names. Let the lawyers verify what has been done, not completed. Give your stockholders confidence that a Used Truck Mgr can jump start this puppy.

At least pretend its a real company. Fresh clean minds with fresh ideas would be proud to share this info.
