I would speculate FROGGER has a nack for finding those seemingly dead plays that are ready to wake up. The companies are alive and he finds the clues with excellent D&D. When I throw up a weekly chart of his plays I almost always a chart that is basing or has been basing for some time. Then they suddenly come alive... You do have to hold and be patient it appears...
