Now....let's get to the nit-and-gritty of common sense....
95% or more of Penny Stock Companies are known SCAMS!
1. Andy is a clever fox/douchebag that plots his strategy somewhat well, but somehow he screwed up with the MJ license....kinda like the Baja deal of fractional ownership where he basically built himself a house with money from Reg 1-A share selling!
2. I have a feeling Andy didn't expect the scrutiny he has received here, and has therefore had to regroup so the SEC doesn't shut his "Golden Goose down"! Thus the no PR's or updates..yet!
3. I don't think an existing facility in Teller County, Colorado even existed to begin with, therefore Andy had to hunker down really fast, and find a REAL MJ facility for sale that they he can use/MOU in his next paid PR string! I think he actually already PR'ed a MOU of that nature, but I'm too tired at this point to even look.
4.The Deepblue website could/should have been finished a week or so ago..but that doesn't fit within Andy's "dumpathon" timeline! LOL How long has it been now that the Bearpotinc.com link has said the SAME thing!!???
5. The TV show is an absolute joke....really??? What major or even minor media network is going to get involved with watching MJ grow....and IF it's for documentary purposes, then we ALL KNOW the major networks will be FAR ahead of our "beloved" Andy!
6. What has Andy really accomplished over the past couple years except to sell shares through his Reg 1-A "loop hole"?!!!
7. "Play the play" just doesn't seem to be in the cards after a 30 BILLION share dump! AND we ALL know what a R/S will do for the common share holder at this point!
Soooo.... ANDY..and I KNOW your reading this board....get your head out of your A$$ and reward those that have endured your financiers DUMPATHON so you could have your 2 to 3 "reported" millions!!!!!!!
