Ok...simple math here....

I bet there is at least 20 billion owned between .0002 and .0005 and another 8 to 10 billion owned between .0005 and .008... So, you will have to have close to 20 billion shares bought to increase the pps to the 50 DMA. As soon as the news (IF there ever is any) hits.. peeps will load the ask ASAP and then you will have to wait to see if your shares are even bought through the huge line ahead of you.

Just look at the ask right now with over a bill at .0003!
