TXMC announced a partnership with GRSI LLC last April 25, 2013

A friend told me this morning to look at the GRSI site .

The foreclosure thing, is now gone. It was mentioned in the previous post, by the now-missing capricorn employee of GRSI :

Anyway, the totally ineffective GRSI company, which does not actually do one single thing at all, has now removed the posts indicating legal action against Tirex. Posts indicating "foreclosure" .

What could that possibly mean? That their lawyers told them that they have no actionable case ?

Dopes. And BTW, people at GRSI affirmed that he was an employee. Too easy to prove . . .

I invite whoever made the post 5990 above, to tell us why GRSI had the right to foreclose? Duh, duh, duh, and duh !

BTW, in the original POST #5990, the writer, whoever she is, says "it's shareholders" twice. It's is a contraction for "it is" . "IT'S SHAREHOLDERS IS 100% INCORRECT" ! Someone who is threatening legal action ought to at least speak the King's English, correctly, in their threat. Excuse me, i should have said "in there threat" which is how people who post spell their, always !
