The 10k wasn't that special and today mgm't said it was released early to facilitate an earlier Annual Meeting.
They need to increase the OS(probably +200mm) to cover bridge financing and fund commercialization. Early rev$ from pilots won't cover a large commercial roll-out (production) and they will need the shares. Shareholders(w/ED&ELNK) voted down the increase last year. They will have to show us why it's necessary now. I expect good things to emerge and clarify the bright future for abtg. This will get mgm't the shareholder support they NEED to move on without mortgaging the farm.Show us the money.imo
