...the D&O suit is a formality that the FDIC states publicly is filed to force an amicable resolution - - a squeeze settlement with the surety...................the FDIC does this as a misdirection play.....................................the FDIC is not going to admit to the frankie/johnnie conspiracy, imo......................but the FDIC might solve OUR - OUR litigation with some green paper issued by the us treasury..........................
