We need a news event though I'm still baffled by the big move on 36 million shares. Really surprised we are moving up at this point. I still figure they won't want a big payout on March options and the executive team needs a better price for their options awards.

On the other hand, if a BP is looking to partner and/or acquire they could be accumulating and might have put the floor in last week. Easy to churn and burn a stock in a range to grab more shares.

Last thought is that PPHM knows a lot more then they are telling us and plan to release more information in order to stay clean. Doing that prior to awarding themselves options or the next big conference would make sense.
