HamDxer, I was going to state about the same thing you just posted. Here's the really important part most are ignoring. CIRC only has the rights to put the Playboy logo on the drink. Playboy DOES NOT OWN THE INGREDIENTS for the drink. CIRC could re-package the drink and sell it under a different name? This legal battle has held the share price down where it's at. I believe CIRC can manufacture and distribute it's own energy drink with horny goat weed in it and be very successful on their own. And they will have the means through punitive damages from ALL DEFENDANTS to pursue that if they feel fit! I think it would be great for CIRC.
