The deal was contingent on several factors happening by both companies and after much due diligence by Pete he decided he could take farther by himself for no cost and he has succeeded. GGVF may at some point to some CC's, but what they were going to do $75K did not even include getting through the appraisal process, which was extra. Bottom line the deal never went hard, maybe could have done an 8K, but the securities attorney said no.

June 30 was the end of the second quarter, but reporting period was for the 3 quarter, September 30. Just a 'boilerplate' mistake, no big deal.
