My gut tells me the same people who bought the 16 million shares via ATM in January pumped this sucker up and dumped it for a $10 million payday the next month knowing the company had retail investors primed for a big sucker week so the liquidity to do so would be there thus the presence of MLV and the mysterious absence of any reputable Investment Bank.

But that would imply the company and/or at least one member of the board would most likely have been complicit and "gasp" heaven forbid anyone ever mention that a board with members who have a history of running penny stock companies would ever engage in such activity, so I must be shamed and put in "timeout" for even mentioning such "ludicrous" things here in PPHM is perfect land. All IMO.
