Thanks but I'm not sure how much of this mismanagement I can tolerate ! What is most frustrating is that it would be so easy to fix the problem if management had a clue what they are doing !

But then again ,changing the stubborn us against them attitude of a management ,who refuse to learn is maybe something like running ones head against a brick wall !!!
