I'm not sure why this discussion is even ongoing regarding SEPs as it doesn't make any sense. All of the essential patents are from Nokia, who still has ownership rights as per the terms of the patent purchase agreement.

This portfolio is not going to be sold nor will it be broken up with individual SEPs to be sold off. Read the terms of the patent purchase agreement and you will see the provisions that make this highly unattractive option (Nokia's retained ownership rights, impairment clauses, etc.)

Also, VRNG is actively enforcing their SEPs against ZTE as well as other companies. This includes litigation across the world in several jurisdictions. You don't sell patents you are actively asserting in multiple actions. You don't sell patents that are in negotiation. And you don't sell patents that you don't own 100% and that would cost you in heavily in penalties if you did so.
