Seriously, nice dd. Hopefully Falso is gone but he's like a bad penny, just keeps showing up. He was an officer of HSCO but had his name removed there as well. Unfortunately his cronies were still in charge & Falso's name still showed up as "consultant" in order to get his cut. Now that stock is grey market. Plus as you already know, he's managed to enact a 1:2000 reverse split on the stocks he's been associated with.
