yes, refiling the case is an option. My guess is that both parties will accept the current situation and move on with the case. Obviously this reduces the potential damages from this case to WDDD but I believe they will accept it to a. save time and b. set a precedent. They still could collect 100M - with a win from this case. I\d say the chances of a settlement at this stage is above 50%.
