The 5 Most Important Opinions:

1. Judge Sweeney. We already know the outcome of this stock turns on the courts. Even congress has admitted to this. And, Judge Sweeney has signaled she is not going to let the government "run rampant" over fannie shareholder's consttitutional rights. This is why the discovery was needed, and why the government is expected to explain when and how the company will be released from C ship.

2. Obiterdictum. Obit has graciously offered his expert analysis on the merits of Fannie's lawsuits. He is uniquely (on this board) qualified to offer said opinion, and, importantly, he is "one of us" longs. While Obit carefully analyzes both sides of the equation, He would hardly be long if he thought the lawsuits against the government had no merit.

3. Berkowitz. Berk has committed billions and not just an opinion. He is also a resource source as most of the rest of us can not hire the likes of Epstein.

4. Nader. Ralph Nader has made sure the media gets hold of "our side", so our case wont be adversely affected by a "media" trial. Im glad to have this Veteran consumer advocate on our side of the law.

5. Reid. Harry Reid is our friend in the legislative branch and a powerful one at that. He is probably the most powerful person in politics right now, with the exception of the Speaker of the House.

There you have it. These are perhaps the 5 best known and powerful fannie shareholder advocates who are "green" on fannie/freddie. There are more that could be added to this list, Ackman, Olsen, Tomney, Tim Howard, to name a few.

So, who are you taking your advice from? The Chicken Little's predicting fannie's demise trying to incite panic for personal gain(without a factual basis or reasoning) or the Above named Pro's?
