When CONCRETE begins pouring watch this stock move! Reality of the actual construction taking place will move this train along.
Grading of the site is one thing but the actual building of the project makes it clear that this project is for Real.
Hopefully we can get the approval for the Contractor and the New Master Plan on Thursday at the Authority meeting then move on to constructing this unique project. I love the looks of the Architecture and the Green aspect of the project. There is a lot of momentum right now for this company's stock and with a new recommendation projecting a .13 PPS it certainly looks very cheap at these levels
