When this stock came out I said buying now would be a mistake we do not know what it is. Now we do and buy when everyone else is selling. sell when everyone else is buying.

SK3 owns the Co from a stock swap.
SK3 merge with AEGY that SK3 owns anyway.
AVNE from the stock swap gets: Aventura receiving the rights to the intellectual property in the proprietary technology, processes, formulations, and marks of Berkeley Bio that have already been developed,

So SK3 owns all the stuff anyway, meaning it can figure who gets how much money from what.
If SK3 thinks having AVNE showing income from proprietary technology, processes, formulations, and marks of Berkeley Bio that have already been developed, then the stock has value. If SK3 says no value thetre then why the foward split and ticker?
