You're right GT - that's dyslexia kicking in! I actually saw this PR for the first time in January 2014 - old news by then, but mentally transposed the Jan 14, 2013 for Jan 13, 2014... In any case - you are correct -the news still applies, and since VPLM was not anywhere near getting the approvals at that time, the timeframe is still valid - IMHO it's about to go - My timing (or any shareholder's) isn't relevant to the process, and I don't mean to rush it, after all, there's plenty of time ahead for enjoying the fragrance of success! I hope what it really means, is having had a good year plus, and the addition of a very capable board during this time has given this company the proper opportunity to attract and woo the highest and best offer. I have confidence that this is exactly what our BOD is up to these days. More power to them -
