I could pay my mortgage and debts twice over with the money I've made but I looked at it like this.. I'm only paying 170 ea month in interest since I'm on year 12 of a 15 year mortgage. That's like 2k ea year. If my mj stocks are up that little in a day, I'm upset. No way am I ging up the kind of investment capital that today alone returned 3 times as much as interest as I will have to pay on my mortgage in 3 years.
