Keep in mind that NovaCab was not a publicly traded company prior to the RM. As such the issued shares are in the hands of NovaCab owners and senior management, no one else IMO... As such I do not think that those shares are of much concern to us. It is the shares that were converted from SBRH and the shares that are being diluted that are our concern right now...
