I'm a complete stranger to the world of patent law. Am I understanding correctly the idea that Medac's patent could be challenged if there were examples of prior art - i.e. earlier publications that suggest using Methotrexate at concentrations within the range Medac's patent covers. Has anybody reported examples of this?
