Wow! What a comprehensive answer. Much more than I expected. They are down because they issued stock right when an industry correction began--of course, the issue has been planned months in advance; I don't blame management for the poor timing. Lately I have the feeling the downdraft is just feeding on itself. Thanks again for the response.
