Dilution Has Paused, But For How Long?
Anyone with half a brain can see that shares are not being blown out the door right now, but don't get too excited. These pauses have happened before. The stock is allowed to run and then gets halved again by the next wave of shares hitting the market.
Will it be different this time? Recent past says no.
If however, somehow the dilution stops one day, the stock can most likely go much higher from here. The company has had capital problems and while control of China Motion Mobile is a great start, there still needs to be execution. If it happens, many who buy here will be rewarded many, many times over. If not, most likely another death-via-reverse split awaits as George Alvarez will then move on to yet another strategy.
