The best part what folks dont understand is even after R/S, the transfer agent has to get the new securities out to the brokerages, hence effectively locking down retail after the R/S and enabling the vermin at YA to dump at the elevated prices while retail is stuck holding the bags/shares....Ah, a lovely world GERS placed themselves in, in signing a deal with the devil.
