The "CHRISTMAS" IR Debacle big smile

And don't forget the NP
was PRd to be available July 2013

Quote:
The Np 1 was coming out around Thanksgiving. then Christmas, now the end of January. Foley said in the video posted from CES that they would announce the brick and mortar stores..yet we hear nothing. It was stated that the container to South America was shipped..but that was weeks ago..it was also stated that NP 1 was being shipped to the people who ordered early...yet of supposedly thousand of people being shipped too...not one on this board has received one...not one person. Foley stated that their would be kiosk of ntek products in the mall...but nothing has transpired. And we wonder why the price is dropping

Last IR debacle

It started with this
Quote:
We will be shipping some NP-1's before Christmas, but new orders won't be fulfilled in December as our backlog is currently greater than the first shipment coming in, so new orders would be coming from our second shipment from the manufacturing plant.

This was posted on NTEK's Fb page about a hr ago. Thousands of Nuvolas.

Nanotech Entertainment Yes we are manufacturing thousands of Nuvolas. For the record, nowhere did we say they would not be ready. We simply cannot make any promises or have any misleading information out there. That is not how we operate here. There is so much involved with inventing a product then manufacturing, testing and distribution. Especially with new technology. We are manufacturing thousands of Nuvolas and they must work properly. We feel people would rather have a device that works with satisfied customers than rushing and have an inferior product with unhappy customers. Inventing something and then going through the process of manufacturing, testing and shipping doesn't happen overnight. Especially when dealing with new technology. I urge everyone to please be patient and consider all the major and minor details we have to go though to make this happen. Our goal is to have a superior product with very happy customers. Customer service and product superiority is our number one concern. We would rather have a device that works than something put out just to satisfy a date. If it were as easy as snapping our fingers you would already have the product at your doorstep but we don't want it to turn out to be unsatisfactory. We will not risk anything if it cost us unhappy customers. Happy customers and superior products are what makes a company succeed and that is who and what we are concerned with. I hope everyone understands this and thank you for your patience.

No they just said this 11 hours ago on the FB site. "The email was misunderstood that if an NP-H1 (not NP-1) was ordered it would be received by Christmas and the answer was yes. We have not announced a shipping date for the NP-1. However, if you would like an NP-H1 by Christmas please order as soon as possible."

Maybe I am not understanding what you are saying because his email is dated Dec 3 and this was posted 11 hours ago which makes what they said the 4th so it contradicts what his email says. If I am wrong please point it out exactly I am just for the facts and NTEK LONG

I sent an email to Nanotech IR asking the same question.

Me: I saw the tweet by Mr. D Foley (here is the link: https://twitter.com/davidrfoley/status/405550929509769218/photo/1 ). My question is: the items going to Ciao Telecom are the NP-1 boards? So this would mean that the NP-1s are good to go in regards to testing and they are being manufactured at this time?

This is Lorraine Cullivan's response:
The first shipment was TV’s, being followed up by NP-1’s and other products. NP-1’s are in manufacturing.
