I speculate Laser Energetics Inc. is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy or possibly already has. I am certain there are dozens of disgruntled private investors who are after Battis and want his blood. He has lied about contracts, sales, products, partnerships and more making big promises of grand returns and gains for their money. Through his stupidity, lack of intelligence, weak marketing and sales skills he has lost it all. He will declare bankruptcy to wash his hands of it leaving the investors in the dust. He's a snake oil salesman, liar and a con.
