Correct, the A/S is never reduced during an R/S. However, with an OS of about 10-20M according to my calc, I think the company will reduce that to a more reasonable number in the near future. Additionally, the idea that there are 100M shares outstanding is simply impossible given the R/S and the volume over the last few months. Read my post again and tell me where you think I went wrong on the calc.
