Peter has had two years of running this Company into the ground sole handedly since the CFO resignation of Turner in July 2012. Peter and Company still are indebted to Turner...he owes money everywhere.

Peter has increased the debt by millions.

Peter was solely responsible for the Ocean Star Pacific debacle.

Peter depleted any goodwill in the cruise industry...becoming a piranha in the industry.

Peter solely diluted the share structure to the current 7.5 Billion shares O/S.

Peter was responsible for all the forward looking statements, at least forty such.

There has been at least six legal representation resignation and at least four CFO/accountant resignations since Turner's resignation in July 2012.
