I use that one I posted the link on the most, but I have more detailed ones I will post links.

Before I buy I always look at the bands, with KWNK if you look at the bands they tightened up, but bad for us it moved all right just in the wrong direction.

With trading you must conquer your emotions and be very disciplined about your goals.
