Issuance to Synergy Business Consultants

On June 17, 2013, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of its common stock to Synergy Business Consultants for services rendered.

I am in the Tampa Bay area, and if I can find where they are and have time I would not mind taking a ride down there if he would talk face to face.
