Personally, I don't think you'll see $2/share unless there is a buyback of stock from the company. I do think .01 is on the low side for the kind of news we're talking about. The ramifications are...untold at this point. Like someone said, to take a contract for California could lead to other huge contracts all over N. America, and then globally - because this is something utility companies everywhere are going to want to cut costs with.
