...the bank was SEIZED ILLEGALLY, imo............so all this loss to taxpayers, loss to FCNCA, JOB KICK-BACK to johnnie, INSIDER TRADING GAIN OF $880,000................D&O lawsuit.......etc.........

...ain't buying any of this.............THE BANK WAS ILLEGALLY SEIZED BY CORRUPT JACKBOOTS..............end of story..............

...WE - WE dropped the APPEAL.............why......??????.........because it was in the best interest of the bank to shrivel and walk away.............not hardly............................
