Mr. Donald W. Hultgren, Don has been President of Three Part Advisors, LLC since July 22, 2013. Mr. Hultgren served as the Chief Executive Officer of SWS Group Inc. from August 2002 to August 2010 and also its President from November 2007 to August 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President and a Director of Capital Markets of SWS Securities from March 2000 to August 2002. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Hultgren served in various capacities at Raymond James & Associates, Research Division including Managing Director in the Healthcare sector of Corporate Finance and Director of Equity Research. He serves as a Director of Southwest Securities, FSB and Comprehensive Software Systems, Inc. Mr. Hultgren serves on the board of directors of Wedbush Securities, a leading regional brokerage firm. He served as a Director of SWS Group Inc. from August 2002 to August 2010. He also serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of the CFA Society of Dallas/Ft. Worth.
