PASADENA, Calif., Feb 17, 2006 (ASCRIBE NEWS via COMTEX) -- Viper Networks, a provider of voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) products and services, announced that it has entered into negotiations with Saudi Al-Terais of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to work through the details of expansion into the Middle East market with a high-profile and well known business in Riyadh.
Viper Networks CEO Farid Shouekani said, "We have entered into negotiations with Saudi Al-Terais Co. Ltd in Riyadh to potentially accelerate Viper Networks' expansion in the Middle East. The negotiations are focused on each element of sales, marketing, technical, plus a dedicated presence in the market."
Shouekani continued, "Our objective is to finalize a Letter of Intent as soon as possible and then move into the final agreement phase. The Saudi market is one of the world's largest and fastest growing, and a dedicated presence in the market is our objective for the benefit of our shareholders and investors around the world.
