I loaded to the rim between 13 and 17 and think even 20 cents will look very cheap in a short time.

What we know is that the patents are valid. Due to a technical mistake by the USPTO the patent in question did not have the reference to the provisional application. This was discovered and corrected early 2013. Thus the court says, in this case only, that they cannot claim priority back to the provisional. A brand new suit could indeed claim priority all the way back to 1995. The court have asked the parties to submit briefs by 3/27 telling the cort how they want to proceed. There are two options: a. WDDD appeals the decision claiming there should be priority back to the provisional or b. WDDD agrees with the court for this case and the case moves forward with WDDD suing for infringement from early 2013 onward. That will only give them a couple of years worth of damages BUT 1. Activision's $5b revenue would still make this worth $100M+ and 2. all other infringers are bound to take notice.

I would rate the chances for settlement above 50%

Stock target in 12-24 months (but could happen much sooner): $1.50

Just my 2 cents
