Good Morning Medient longs and newbies! I've been thinking about this stock and project and I'm one of the people who don't know much about charts but study more the company and idea to make my investment. I'm almost to the point that I just want to see this facility constructed just to see something SUPER MODERN being built down here in this part of the country. Having just got back from the Philippines and Korea thru Atlanta GA I can certainly say that something like this would go up in a minute in Korea as that country has all kinds of unique architectural designs as does Atlanta and other larger cities. The Medient site selected is right in the center of one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Georgia and is just 10 miles or so west of Savannah which has SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) so I'm sure there would be a wealth of graduates from there who would move into the film industry upon their graduation.

I think that the construction is going to start out at a manageable pace and once the ball gets rolling and people can see this unique architecture coming to life and more movies start being produced and edited there that this entire block of land will soon become a hornet nest of activity. Ready to hear what their first revised set of plans will include. Thinking I might ride down for the meeting on Thursday as this meeting will be one of the key meetings to find out who the contractor will be for the project, a time frame for the project and what parts will be built in the beginning. Maybe they'll even have some maps that I can snap photos of to show on here! EXCITED that we're so close now to getting the meat and potatoes part of this project underway!
