of comments. My research indicates that Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, FINRA, is not a U.S. Govt. organization. The good news is that it is a pretigious, self regulatory entity that has more clout when it comes to ensuring integrity and compliance for public traded companies. They do have to comply with standards and regs established under the SEC. At any rate, SPLI is doing it right and their wanting to be transparent, is quite obvious. glty and all! SPLI STRONG
